Eligibility for Returns
- ✓ Return request raised within 7 days of delivery
- ✓ Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- ✓ Product seal must be intact
Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns if:
- ✗ The product has been used or tested
- ✗ The packaging is tampered or damaged
- ✗ The product is purchased under sale/clearance (unless defective)
How to Request a Return

- Share your Order ID, reason for return, and clear images of the product
- Our team will review and guide you through the next steps
Reverse pickup arranged within 24–48 hours of approval. Pickup completed within 3–5 working days.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and verified, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Prepaid Orders
Amount refunded to original payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Refund processed via bank transfer (details shared via email).
Important Notes
- • Shipping charges are non-refundable
- • COD charges are non-refundable
- • Partial returns from combos/kits are not allowed
- • Sale/clearance items not eligible for return unless damaged
Damaged / Incorrect Product
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled if in "Pending" state. Once processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
